this before-after thing looks pretty good! Do you have a higher res pic? ( so that i can catch everything that you havent taken care of) ;)
and even the "bleeding holes" for the blood vessels... only, i think blood vessels should be smooth and slimy.. your concept was more jagged and geometric.
