something interesting happened yesterday, i went to my good friend pradeep's place and on the way back i saw this red line on the road and then all of a sudden one end of this red line started firing up and bursting ! took me a few second to realise it was one of those "mala patakis" then suddenly there were people all over me dancing and then i saw this thing they were carrying and on the top of this thing was a dead woman ! with her face yellow, probably with sandalwood or something, and then it as quickly as it had come all was quite and peaceful again. i guess this can happen in India alone, pondering on this i caught my bus to the hostel. i still don't know what that bout of celebration was for, don't know whether it was for "karnataka rajyothsava" but then again a dead woman ? come aaawwn...

had a lousy diwali, missin my homies from manipal, i still remember when we used to hit the streets after we finished with our lot of fireworks :)
have you guys noticed how people from the north east are...... er..... no other word for it "cool"
kinda like a jamaican with their reggae an' all, like russel peter the comedian said, everyone wants to be a jamaican but they don't want to be you ! so i had to get to the bottom of why they dress up to impress and how the hell does every north east-er play the guitar !! hm... well.. investigations are ongoing..

anyway dabbled in fluids again, have to come up with at least 4 simulations before friday.
started on an underwater themed dynamics scene hopefully involving a crashing plane !

I know, i know probably should wack myself for not being consistent on posting on yet another blog, but this time its for real, i;m gonna post more often. was heavily distracted and ah... the trails of trying to disconnect. doesn't matter if you've not understood the previous sentance. what matters to me is to use this blog as a kind of reminder to be focussed on the wonderful world of vfx. dabbled in maya fluids today. one has to be real PATIENT ! been working on a matte painting of a war torn town and it kinda turned out to be my final project this sem ! anyway final sem at takshaa, will miss this place once i'm done :(
